E. Gervickas Lithuanian school - the $1,000 award winner

For a number of years, the Lithuanian Foundation has awarded a monetary prize to the Lithuanian mens basketball „A“ league champions. The awarded $1,000 prize is then given to a Lithuanian school operating in the United States, picked by the winning basketball team. This year, Chicago‘s team, Lituanica, won the championship and passed on the winning prize to the E. Gervickas lithuanian school in New York, which is celebrating thier seventh year.
